All Saints Day Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor: Party Like a Saint.
2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older. Void where prohibited.
   
3. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Enter by submitting the entry form between October 4, 2025 and October 15, 2025 (11:59 PM PT). One entry per person.
   
4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on October 17, 2025. Odds depend on number of entries received.
   
5. Prize: One (1) All Saints Day Party Pack valued at approximately $700, containing decorations, favors, and supplies as listed on the landing page. No cash alternative.
   
6. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified via email on or around October 17, 2025 and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
   
7. Taxes: Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. If required, a 1099 tax form will be issued.
   
8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion.
